Directing: "Ready Set" (US Agency) - Case Study


In 2019, Ready Set, a social media agency and production company, embarked on a global search for production partners to optimize costs for their clients. After fruitful meetings, a trial production in Buenos Aires was conducted.
John, co-founder of Ready Set, and two colleagues flew to Buenos Aires, and the results were astounding. Impressed by the quality and affordable production costs, John returned a month later for an on-location shoot in a beautiful house.
Ready Set's enthusiasm led them to choose our production team in Buenos Aires as their production hub.

Despite the pandemic, we adapted and established a remote workflow in June 2020. Through online meetings, script readings, and proposal development, we fine-tuned a specific process. Every week, we received scripts and executed productions efficiently: script reading on Mondays, pre-production on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and production on Thursdays and Fridays.
The footage was uploaded to a cloud platform where Ready Set's post-production team completed the pieces.

For three consecutive years, our collaboration thrived, delivering numerous shots for different clients, and various social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and formats (9:16 / 4:5 / 1:1 / 16:9).
We also delivered lots of commercials for the US TV.

Despite the physical distance, our partnership showcased the power of remote collaboration. We overcame challenges together, leaving a great impact on Ready Set's clients.
